Dr. Lester’s aim with the use of Christian counseling is to help individuals’ regain a sense of hope for their lives that is found in Jesus Christ. Dr. Lester believes that at the core of what she does to help others achieve a better understanding of themselves and God is rooted in the word of God and will be revealed and manifested by the Holy Spirit.
